Stainless & More stands behind the quality of our products. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements may be issued. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for eligible items in new, unused condition.

Custom-fabricated, made-to-order, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or damaged.

7. Freight and Large Item Orders

  • Freight shipments require special handling and inspection upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery.

  • Failure to note damage may void eligibility for a refund or replacement.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment or production.

  • Once production has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations are not guaranteed and may not be eligible for a refund.
